The Importance of Micro Chips in Bird Dogs

Lost pets with Micro Chips
are 20% more likely to return home.

This is what it looks like. That's a piece of rice, so you can see how small they are.  I've seen prices range between $10.00 and $50.00. The cheaper price was because of AKC, ASPCA, and similar organizations sponsoring special events to get animals microchiped, at a discounted price.

  1. Mmmm still trying to get the home address changed on the bog monsters chip but she just keeps on turning up on the doorstep! But seriously I would not consider not having Lucy (or any future dog) chipped, the amount of time we spend on the trails you never know when she may take it into that thick skull of her's to play the 'I'm doing a runner' game just to wind me up.
    Regards,

  2. LOL on Lucy finding her way home. Hope she doesn't read your posts! There's a lot of woods out there for them to get lost in for sure.

  3. We found a dog wandering aimlessly along the road. We brought her home and called into the micro chip number. Her owner was so happy to have her back! Thumbs up on the post!

  4. Thanks Leigh, I always hear about the LOST Dogs, not always the found dogs. Good to hear a success story! You may have saved that little dog from being hit by a car. Good Job!
