Micro Chips are a great invention that allows us to keep track of our black and tans. If your dog gets lost, hopefully, he will end up in a place that has a scanner and will detect his micro chip. Then, the owner is called and owner and pet are reunited. Trouble is, 80% have outdated information and about 40% aren't even registered.
