New Advanced Treatment for Dogs with Arthritic Hips

If you have an old, arthritic Gordon Setter, you may want to look into a new treatment called ACell Vet, a new regenerative medicine given by injection, directly into the joint, by your Veterinarian. ACell Vet, in the treatment of dogs, can measurably alleviate the pain they are in from osteoarthritis and a dozen more debilitating conditions. And the best part is, they claim no side effects. It helps to heal more speedily and can actually regenerate damaged tissue. Apparently the first injection works for about 6 months, then a new injection is required. You can read all about this new treatment and their case studies on their website. You can also get a list of Veterinarians in your area that provide the treatment. I would suggest you read all of the material, as daunting as it may be, before you make a decision. Then, of course, consult with your vet to see if your Gordon may be a candidate for the treatment. If you decide you are interested, right now for a limited time, they are actually giving you the first dose FREE. Right now, I do not have a dog who would benefit from this. I would love to hear from anyone who has tried ACell Vet injections. I made a call to a vet in our area who gives this treatment. He's suppose to call me back this afternoon. I'll let you know in another blog, the cost of the injections in our area. Click on the Title and it will take you directly to the ACell Vet website.

  1. Almost sounds too good to be true. I've never heard of this but I'd like to learn more about it. I'll look forward to hear what you find out about it.
