I use this rigging to teach heel and whoa to my Gordon Setters. Wrap a 4' lead around the pups waist and run the snap end through the loop. Snap the lead to pups collar and you have a suit case handle on the dog. I walk up and down the road giving the heel and whoa commands. If pup tries to move ahead on heel you simply lift up on the handle and place him where he is supposed to be. If pup moves on whoa, you do the same. Dogs were not meant to fly and lifting them off the ground takes them out of their element and puts you in control. DWT
